Overview of New Indiana Laws Personal Information Security and Social

WHAT'S HAPPENING

Individuals are increasingly concerned about protecting their personal information and are not hesitant to turn to their lawmakers to craft solutions.  Indiana has recently enacted several new laws aimed at protecting individuals' personal information and imposing penalties when state agencies and private businesses fail to provide adequate protection of that information.  This presentation will provide a high level overview of new Indiana laws protecting individuals' personal information and their impact on public agencies and private businesses.

A social will follow the presentation so that members can meet one another and share points of interest.
