Technology Risk Consultant - Indianapolis

DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of all UHG (UnitedHealth Group) information security policies, standards and procedures to secure and protect UHG data residing on computer systems. Work directly with user departments to implement procedures and systems for the protection, conservation and accountability of proprietary, personal or privileged corporate computerized data.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

Executing audits of business controls, processes, and systems, in accordance with traditional internal auditing standards (COBIT, COSO).
Performing assessments and recommending solutions in the following areas: information systems security, network device and architecture security, database security, enterprise application security.
Performing assessments and making recommendations in mainframe and mid-range platforms including: telecommunication systems (PBX); technology policies, procedures, and standards; ERP and CRM systems.

Project examples include: general control reviews; high-level and detailed security reviews; application control assessments; disaster recovery and business continuity planning; IT risk assessments; and change management process implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A passion for exceptional client service.

Strong client service and project management skills.

Big 4, Public Accounting or consulting experience a plus.

Minimum 7+ year experience.

Credentials such as: CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA Preferred.

BS or MBA in the appropriate field.
