Sarbanes-Oxley Symposium
A Sarbanes-Oxley Symposium will take place on 29 April 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, following the 2005 North America Computer Audit, Control and Security (CACS) conference.
To prepare IT professionals and others responsible for internal control and the quality and integrity of information generated by IT systems, a critical requirement of the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act, ISACA is excited to present this unique and comprehensive symposium focusing on IT controls. Topics to be discussed include the adoption of Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT®) as an integrated IT control approach, assessment of significant deficiencies and material weaknesses, implications of the Act on outsourcing, the importance of IT governance, and gearing up for Sarbanes-Oxley year two.
Additional Sarbanes-Oxley Symposia are planned for later in the year. For details as they become available, please visit www.isaca.org/soxsymposium.
